- Building before selling. Sell it first, build it second.
- Actual coding. No-code covers about 95% of what clients need.
- Watching more content instead of sending outreach. Ten more messages is the unlock, not one more video.
Learn what closes clients. Skip whatever just makes you feel smart. The person with an okay agent and 30 messages sent beats the genius with a perfect agent and an empty pipeline.
