The Master Niche List

Who says yes fastest, who has the most on the line, and where to start when you're new.

You commented FAST, PAYING, or BEGINNER. Same answer for all three. FAST is who says yes quickest. PAYING is who has the most money on the line. BEGINNER is who to start with when you're broke and new.

The rule underneath all of it: the boring, unsexy niches everyone ignores are where the money is. You want an owner who already feels the pain of a missed call, because a missed call for them is lost money, not a lost email.

Broke and new: start at the top. Boring, urgent, uncontested, says yes fast. Once you have one client and proof, move down to the bigger-ticket ones (restoration, legal, financial). Do not start at the bottom.

Pick ONE. Not three. One boring niche you can own in one town beats chasing every shiny one.
